Sueson Vess created her business, Special Eats, (www.specialeats.com ) to assist others on the healthy path toward embracing gluten and dairy free living. She is the author of Special Eats Simple, Delicious Solutions for Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Cooking, regular contributing writer to Sully’s Living Without magazine and co-presenter in “Unlocking the Mystery of Wheat and Gluten Intolerance” with Dr. Thomas O’Bryan (available on DVD).

Sueson is a chef, food coach and teaches meal planning, cooking and effective shopping.
