| Tatiana
Sifri has been serving the mental health community since 1997.
She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a National
Certified Counselor, and currently sees clients in private
practice. Tatiana received her MA in Counseling Psychology
from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and completed
a 2-year training at the Gestalt Institute of the Rockies
where she received certification as a Gestalt Psychotherapist.
Tatiana’s clinical
experience includes outpatient long-term and short-term, and
crisis work with individuals, couples and groups. She created
and directed the Counseling Center at Naropa University and
worked as a therapist for students at Columbia College in
Chicago, working with mental health crises and a wide range
of issues and diagnoses such as: depression, anxiety, bipolar,
relationship issues, addictive behaviors, sexuality, loss,
sex assault, self-injury, eating issues, cultural, identity,
LGBTQ (lesbian/gay/bisexual/ transgender/queer), & trauma
issues.
Tatiana’s work in the
university setting included supervising MA counselor interns,
collaborating on psycho-educational presentations, and overseeing
the ongoing creation and expansion of counseling services
for students. She has worked for institutions such as Boulder
County Mental Health Center – on both the Adult Treatment
Team and the Rape Crisis Team. |
